A diet deficient in calcium can lead to Osteoporosis in later life.

Instructions
DIRECTIONS:Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules once a day with a meal, or as
professionally prescribed.
Children 4 - 12 years: Take 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.
Children under 4 years: Only as professionally prescribed.
Storage
Store below 30oC in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

PRODUCT WARNINGS:The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinal equivalents for men.
If symptoms persist, seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
