This means that to qualify for our free shipping service there must be someone available during business hours at the delivery address that is fit and able to assist the delivery driver to unload the item from the delivery vehicle. Perfect size garden storage that looks good. Easy assembly. Very pleased with this product. No complaints other than it's quite expensive.
