Its a good product. It only has one setting... full blast. The cord is way too short. Bu not a bad prodcut for uts price point.

The actual steamer is good and seems to do a good job, but as I bought it to only clean carpet I am disappointed with the carpet glider accessory. It is a really bad fit and doesn't stay in place.
