Hubby happy with this purchase , being a cleaner this is the only steamer he has really liked. Only problem is the cord isn’t as long as he would have liked ,but this can be fixed he says

I bought this a few weeks ago as we had a few stains on the carpet, it got rid of the stains and the carpet is so much cleaner. I would highly recommend this cleaner, it does a great job

Bought this a few weeks ago and my wonderful partner steam mopped my floors for me due to my ill health. I was pleased with the extra clean feel of my Lino and just knowing that it was cleaner and more sanitary than ever !! It goes nicely with my Shark Navigator Vacuum Cleaner which I’ve had for at least a decade. Highly recommend anything SHARK.

I can only comment on the postage and handling side of things. Steam mop oh I've quickly as promised. However I can't comment on the actual mop because I haven't opened it yet. I opened the box and have a look
