The default time setting for each mode is 10 minutes. Each treatment area should be within 30cm x 20cm. Move the device from "up to down" and "left to right" several times for approximately 10 minutes (refer instruction manual). For effective treatment, you may choose three body treatment areas every day, each treatment area will need 10 minutes massage, so in total 30 minutes of daily treatment.
For the same treatment area, you should only massage twice per week (i.e. once every three days). When finish with treatment, apply lotion after 30 minutes.
Special tips:
This device provides four levels of RF function allowing users to adjust to their own preferences. The physical device does not heat up, it's the RF wave when comes into contact with the skin via conductive gel, thus increasing the temperature in the sub dermal layer of the skin, stimulating collagen and skin tightening effects. This radiates the feeling of warm sensation on our skin. (The warm sensation varies between different people, some may find it strong or weak).
