Ampero is more than a series. What makes a good digital effects processor? For us, it is so much more than delivering a high-quality sound. In order to be accessible for more players to enjoy the pure simplicity of music, a good pedal needs a design as intuitive straight forward as possible, meanwhile maintains a reachable price. Therefore, we carved this consensus into creating Ampero. Since launched, Ampero Series has gained the favor of the music professionals and hobbyists alike, and earned the reputation for its sound performance and user interface design. In the past, digital multi effects in general were criticized by public that they produce a dull, lifeless sound. Our aspiration is to eliminate this stereotype and devote our best efforts to make it sound authentic and genuinely feel like what you would perceive from a real amplifier. Based on decades of research and empirical practice in the field of digital modelling algorithm, Hotone team is able to unveil and unbox the ultimate weapon, the CDCM HD + F.I.R.E modelling technology, a combination and recreation to the mainstream white box and black box modelling technologies. If you purchase does not suit your needs and it is within 30 days of delivery to you, we are happy to provide an exchange to a more suitable product of equal or greater value, provided you pay the difference.
If you have received your order with a defect or your product develops a fault within the first 30 days of delivery/collection to/by you, the first step is to contact us.
Provided the unit is deemed as a fault that is not the cause of misuse, neglect, damage, tampering with internal components or using products outside of their designated applications, Muzic Man Aus may simply exchange your unit for a new unit provided stock is available.
Please note: The 30 day replacement guarantee does not apply to customers who do not contact us within 30 days of delivery/collection. If you contact us after this period, we will offer you a remedy in accordance with your products warranty and your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If your product is defective and outside of the first 30 days from delivery, your item is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and will need to be returned to us for service and repair. Please see further down for information on returning your product.
Muzic Man Aus reserves the right to assess all warranty returns, including returning the product to the manufacturers repair agent to determine the nature or cause of the problem.

When we receive your item back, our returns team will sort your item and forward to the appropriate service agent for inspection and repair. Once our returns team has been updated by the service agent, they will contact you with an update on the status of your repair and provide an ETA as to when the issue will be resolved.
Estimated service times will vary between service agents. Generally, defective products that are returned to their appropriate service agent can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to be resolved. Please note that these times are an estimate and the process can run outside of the given time frame.
Customers may return their item, please understand that there will naturally be a longer transit time as the item will need to be returned.Our staff will endeavour to get you back on the road again as soon as possible and will explore any alternate options which may assist in fastening the process.
Once your item has been repaired it will be returned for collection, or, if you returned to us via post, it will be shipped back to you.

If your newly purchased product faults within the first 30 days of the original delivery date, Muzic Man Aus may cover the cost of return freight and re-delivery of your product if the fault is deemed a warranty claim.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 14 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
