No Fault found return will incur restocking fee same as change of mind.
Change of mind will incur a 15% restocking fee or products value below $100 in value will incur a $15 restocking fee. (original postage fee is not refundable)

Very happy it is setup and running ,so fast in logging in . My printer works without any installation. There are a few scuff marks but they are barely visible.I recommend this item.
