The In Essence Hayfever Essential Oil Blend 25ml is a soothing blend of 100% Lemon, Peppermint, Lavender and Cypress essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy to relieve symptoms associated with hay fever and seasonal allergies such as respiratory congestion, nasal secretions, headache and catarrh.

How To Use

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser
Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature

Change of Mind
