The Infa Secure Emerge offers increased protection to your child's head and a gradual recline for additional comfort, whilst impressively featuring Twist & Lift technology that allows the headrest and harness to be adjusted with ease and without the removal and re-threading of the harness.

The Emerges inbuilt harness can be used from approximately 6 months old, all the way to the age of 8.

With built in Air Cocoon Technology, Emerge is the perfect, and most convenient seat for any child who is ready to travel forward facing!

Twist & Lift
Emerge comes complete with Twist & Lift which allows one-handed adjustment of the headrest and harness from the front of the seat.
No rethreading straps, no uninstalling - you can get the perfect fit in seconds and it's never been easier!
Extended Harnessing
Emerge is part of the CS9013 range, which allows the use of a six-point-harness from approximately six months through to a large eight year old, offering superior protection to a wider range of children for longer.
Active Fabric
Emerge features the new easy-care Active Fabric Astra covers which are hard wearing, cool and breathable.
The machine-washable press-stud covers can easily be removed for cleaning without having to uninstall the seat, as can the shoulder pads.
Astra covers are as beautiful as they are practical and are available in three fresh colours - Grey, Aqua and Purple!
Air Cocoon Technology
Air Cocoon Technology (A.C.T.) enhances protection by dramatically reducing the impact forces during a crash.
A.C.T. utilises a layer of air held inside the entirety of the child restraint shell, offering an increased level of protection across the entire surface area of the restraint.
Your child is quite literally cradled in a cocoon of air, providing a true 180 degrees of protection to your child's vital organs.

Does the Emerge convert to a Booster Seat?
No, Emerge does not convert to a Booster Seat.
Emerge features an internal 6 point harness which is used from 6 months to a large 8 year old so it does not need to convert to a lap sash Booster Seat
Sometimes my child's head flops in the Emerge. How can I prevent this?
Ensure that you have fully reclined the Emerge and the harness is snug and adjusted correctly.
Recline your vehicle seat (if applicable) and make sure that the child and vehicle is suitable for the seat.
Does the Emerge have ISOFix?
No, seats designed for older children cannot have ISOFix connectors due to vehicle anchorage point weight limits.

Shipping Details

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Baby Train aims where possible to deliver Australia wide. Baby Train endeavours to ensure all goods will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days. Time frame will vary according to the delivery location and availability of goods. In the event of an item being out of stock you will be directly contacted by us.

Shipping is calculated based on the items purchased and delivery location. Bulky items such as cots, some prams and car seats will be charged based on dimensions and weight. Oversized items will have freight quoted separately.

Those items purchased from Baby Train are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Baby Train will make all reasonable endeavors to deliver your goods through our common carrier. However customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign. Baby Train shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons.

If you receive the wrong item (we are only human) we will sent you out the correct item. We do not accept returns or refunds on promotional items or free shipping items.

REDELIVERY

If the delivery address is unattended at the time the goods arrive - the goods will not be left at the premises unless an 'authority to leave' or 'safe drop' has been arranged between the customer and Australia Post.

Australia Post, any courier company and Baby Train are not responsible for any theft or damage that may occur. Any costs associated for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery and no 'authority to leave' is present. At this stage Baby Train does not deliver internationally.

WARRANTY

All items shipped by Baby Train are covered by usual Manufacturer's Warranties. However, to make a warranty claim, the buyer must return the item back to Baby Train at their own expense.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
CHANGE OF MIND:

We encourage all customers to choose wisely when making a purchase as Baby Train does not offer refunds on change of mind items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Baby Train will endeavour but not guarantee to offer an exchange or credit facility (this excludes sale and clearance items). Goods must be unused in original packaging with proof of purchase provided when seeking a credit note or exchange. All warranty claims must be assessed by the manufacturer prior to any refund, exchange or credit being raised. All items sold by Baby Train are covered by usual Manufacturer's warranty. To make a warranty claim, the buyer must return the item to be assessed back to Baby Train at their own expense.

FAULTY GOODS:

Refunds and exchanges are available to customers who have purchased a faulty or defective product. In order for a refund or credit note to be processed, original proof of purchase must be provided when returning the goods to your local store for warranty assessment.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Normal wear and tear
Corrosion or rust
Incorrect assembly or the installation of third party parts or accessories not compatible with the original design
Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect
Commercial use
Improper storage/care of the item

RETURNS VIA MAIL:

Customers returning items via post will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. When returning any item via mail for warranty assessment, picture proof and tracking is required. After Baby Train receive the parcel and warranty issue is approved, we will refund, exchange or credit note your purchase.
