SUGGESTED USE:

Or for a creamier, tastier option, try low-fat milk, full cream milk, or soymilk and mix it up in a shaker or blender. Add other food, such as fruits, spinach, or kale, to turn it into a nutritious and delicious smoothie. You can take a serving of this supplement 2-3 times daily to obtain your required protein intake for optimal health. The best times for use are first thing in the morning, mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon and before sleep. Take it as a meal or as a snack between lunch and dinner to cure those 3 pm blues.
