The Interpod Diabetic orthotic gains its advantage over other foot orthoses due to the superior rear foot and mid foot support, offloading weight from the heel and forefoot.

The polyurethane base is a proven superior shock absorbing material capable of reducing and transferring unwanted pressure from prominent bony structures.

The arch profile was developed by Interpod to ensure superior patient comfort and therefore patient compliance. The PORON 96 top cover sets a new level of advanced underfoot comfort technology.

The slow rebound quality of the material cradles the foot and allows enhanced redistribution of body weight over the foots plantar surface.

For hygiene reason, we do not accept the return for some of the products, such as used special needs cutlery, silicone gel sheets, diabetic socks etc, we will specify this in the product listing.

a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.

b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
