Battery powered with 3 x AA replaceable batteries (not included). Designed by IsGift. Ages 5+. If storing for long periods of time, we recommend you remove the batteries. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before being charged. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.

Damaged on arrival/incorrect product
We do our best to ensure the correct item arrives to you safely and undamaged however, on occasion damages can occur in transit.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and share photos of the packaging and item as this will help us quickly resolve the issue.
Faulty items
Our items come with guarantees in line with Australian Consumer Law, if the problem is major, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse if the problem has arisen due to the item being misused.
If you believe there is a fault with the item, please contact us as soon as possible and include details and photos/video as this will help us quickly resolve the issue.
