1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Extremely happy with this tree , looks amazing friends all commenting favourably. Thick wire branches , a little hard to work out the four (4) Segment main trunk piece order (no markings or instructions) that said it becomes obvious when you bend the wire branches out. Very well made quality item this Christmas will be special thank you.
