The health and safety regulations, prohibits the return of any Compression Pantyhose or Stocking sealed package that has been opened. Refunds or exchanges can not be issued for unsealed pack following customer selection error.
We recommend that self measurement be completed first thing in the morning before active movement is undertaken. This will normally provide you with a more accurate reading, prior to any possible swelling resulting from your day's activity.

Always choose the largest size out of the three measurements taken.
Please never assume you are a size based on another brand, some sizes are based on USA, EURO and UK Sizing tables.
We will assist as much as possible to ensure you get the right fit and comfort. Due to TGA health and safety regulations, returns cannot be accepted for any compression product. Any products shipped back will simply be discarded as they cannot be re used or re sold.

Private Health Insurance Rebate Claim
Many private health insurers offer a significant rebate on TGA Certified Medical Compression Garments, purchased in Australia.
Once you have made your purchase, take your WallCann invoice for your TGA approved JINNI MD™ garment to your Health Care Professional to sign the Compression Garment Rebate form. Send the signed Form along with your Invoice to your health insurer.
Please check with your Health Fund \ Private Health Insurer for eligibility details.

Returns Policy
Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. If a product is deemed to be faulty after that time, the normal warranty conditions for that product will apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to cover all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated for the product.
You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice - so please choose carefully.
Except where required by law, all returned goods must be:
Extensively damaged packaging and/or missing parts (i.e. manuals, cables) upon return will incur a re-stocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the original transaction when items are returned for a refund or exchange.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Please do not open the packaging of any articles sent incorrectly as it needs to be returned to us in its original condition. Please notify us of any mistakes or damages within 48 hours in order that the problems can be remedied at the earliest convenience.
If you return goods via Australia Post, please ensure you retain the appropriate proof of shipment as an item lost in transit to us will be deemed as unreturned. Please also ensure goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
We recommend that you insure your returned items for the full amount and/or select a trackable shipping method. WallCann can not be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Products purchased in conjunction with a WallCann promotion, and subsequently delivered including a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. Should the original item be returned without the Free Gift, the value of the gift will be charged to the purchaser via the original payment method.
