To be eligible for exchange/return, the item must be:
1. Returned to us within 30 days from time of receipt of delivery.
2. Unworn, undamaged, and unmarked
3. In their original condition, the inner packaging or shoe box is considered as part of the item.
For eligible exchange/return for FULL priced items, we will send you a free return label within Australia via iShoes’ nominated courier service or Australia Post.
