Since the VIA code for the K3 Max version is still awaiting approval from Github, it is not yet automatically recognized. Please download the appropriate keymap JSON file, open VIA, turn on "Show Design tab" on "Settings" tab, and drag the JSON file into the “Design” tab on VIA to get the K3 Max keymap working on VIA.

We've redesigned the stabilizers to make it stay on the level the same way as the switch while making sure it still delivers reliability and less wobble on the big keys like the space bar, left Shift, backspace, and Enter key.

All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
