How to use theForehead Thermometer: Hold the thermometer firmly at both ends and press flat against the middle of a dry forehead. Hold in place for at least 20 seconds. Read the thermometer while it is on the forehead. (Use a mirror to read the thermometer on yourself). Look at the boxes and check the colour. Green indicates the correct temperature.If the only colours showing are blue and tan the temperature is between the two.

NOTE: Please use it at room temperature (15C-30C). Do not put it under the sunlight for a long time. Please do not use it within 30 minutes after meal, drinking and activity.
Before using, keep the baby's forehead dry.

Returns / Change of Mind Policy

We are happy to accept items back for an exchange or refund for Change of mind within 14 days once item delivered. For Change of Mind order, applicable freight fees will be deducted from the refund and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in a sellable condition and the original packaging undamaged.

Please report damanged ASAP once item delivered.

For wrong or incomplete address order with failure delivery, the customer has the full responsibility, we are not responsible for any wrong or incomplete address postage, additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty. If the item is damaged during delivery and photos can be provided, we will arrange a replacement if the stock is available or issue a refund.
