Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

We purchased three of these as gifts for our granchildren. They were delivered to the other side of the country within 6 days of being ordered, excellent service. Since then, my phone has been filled with pictures of happy children, they are usable for all their ages from 2 to 15 and the kids love them. Highly recommended.
