Returns & Refunds Policy

You can return your item to us in its original packaging within 14 days of when it was delivered to you for a refund. We will refund the cost of the item(s), but you will need to pay for the cost of return shipping. Please contact us first to confirm and arrange.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us via your MyDeal account.

photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
