Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

This Air Fryer suits my husband and I perfectly. It make perfect chips in 15 minutes where before it took 20 minutes to heat the oven and then 25 minutes to cook them. Great for anything you would do in the oven.

Great product. Works amazingly quick, I love it! Easy to use and easy to clean. I’ve cooked Dim Sims in it and they came out nice a crisp no oil required.

I love my Air Fryer. It cooks all the stuff i used to deep fry beautifully and crunchy and does it quite quickly aswell and all with no oil! Definitely the best thing ive spent my money on in a long time.
