What is NOT covered by warranty:
In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or a buyer receives a product with defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 60 days of purchase.

Upon purchase of applicable physical goods, customers may purchase our Extended Protection Plans (“Plans”) that ranges from 1 to 4 years.
Our Plans are offered as an optional addition to customers upon their purchase of applicable physical goods from Smart Living Box official sites.
Under these plans, we cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the protection period. The protection period commences from the date of purchase. The protection period varies depending on the period selected and purchased by the customer.
We will replace, at no charge, the product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, during the protection period. Should replacement of products or parts of a product become unavailable, we may refund the customer an amount not exceeding the amount paid by the customer for the Plan. We reserve the right to final decision upon dispute.

This is such a great product. Made to fit any sink and of good quality. I find it amazingly useful and will probably buy another in case they go off the market They are THAT good!!!!

Just what I need to help drain various things in the kitchen. Was lost without this drainer. So strong, it can hold up 2 or 3 saucepans.
