Hello I am the Kookaburra office chair. I offer a little bit different material and look than most other office chairs. It starts with my seat and back having a synthetic soft leather that not many of our chairs have. I have our standard high density foam and am lockable in the upright position if wanted. My arms are a chrome steel with rubber padding on top that gives me a bit of a classical look to go with my black nylon finish and chrome base.
WARRANTY POLICY
Terms, conditions and time period for warranty vary for each item - please refer to the product listing. JasonL products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and/or raw materials for normal office use (i.e. 8 working hours per day).
RETURNS POLICY
At JasonL, our policy is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your furniture purchase within the first 14 days, we promise to refund you, less the price of shipping and handling (provided the product is undamaged and not custom built for you).
N.B. This can only occur if the furniture has NOT been assembled and is returned in its original packaging.
A full refund cannot be provided if:
If one of the above occurs, a restocking fee of 25% plus the return postage will be charged and deducted off the refund total.
