All Classique watch orders are shipped out fully insured by via Startrack Express and will reach most metros within 1 business day. Rural and Country areas may receive their item within 3-5 business days.

Warranty Information (2 years warranty)

Your Classique watch is under warranty for a period of 24months (2 years) from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.

The international Classique Warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. The warranty comes into force only if the warranty (International Guarantee) is fully and correctly completed and stamped by an authorised Classique dealer.

Manufacturer's Warranty does not cover:

 

  • battery, crystal, strap;
  • damage resulting form improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear;
  • possible consequential damage resulting form e.g. defects, use inaccuracy or non-function of the watch, wear and tear of plating.

 

Returns Information

Products purchased from Classique Watches can be exchanged or returned for refund within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a quality assurance inspection before they are accepted.

A full refund will be given under the following conditions:

  • The merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon its receipt, and must be in the same saleable condition as when purchased;
  • The merchandise must not be damaged, worn, used or resized (excluding special orders);
  • The merchandise must precisely match product data records;
  • All original Certificate(s) must be returned with the merchandise;
  • Original sales receipt must accompany returned merchandise (otherwise we will only offer an exchange)
It is the responsibility of the customer to insure the merchandise against loss in transit & prepay all freight and handling charges.
