Lactic Acid Peel is used as a superior exfoliator. Our 40% Lactic Acid peel is an effective peel, yet milder and less irritating on the skin than most Glycolic Peels.

Lactic Acid occurs naturally in our skin and is a primary component of the skin's natural moisturizing factor. The use of this peel will help stimulate and speed cell turnover, which will produce more vibrant and younger-looking skin.

Our Lactic Peel will assist in brightening the skin, removing dead skin cells, and of course, clearing away dry dead skin to leave your skin feeling and looking amazing!

What is Lactic Acid?

Similar to Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), however, it’s a far better moisturiser to the skin, with fewer chances of irritation.

Lactic Acid Peel Results

The use of Lactic Acid Peel will help stimulate and speed cell turnover, thereby producing more vibrant and younger-looking skin.

The top layer of skin will be thinned by the exfoliation of dead cells, but in the deeper layers of skin, new collagen will be stimulated and the skin will actually become thicker, tighter and more firm.

Our Face Peel

Lactic Acid Peel comes from sour milk and is best for those who are under 35 years of age, those with sensitive skin, those prone to break-outs, or those who want to try a chemical peel for the first time.

It has a pH of 2.2 with a large molecule size, thus, there will be no redness or irritation which can occur with some glycolic peels. It rapidly exfoliates without irritation.

Ingredients: Distilled Water, Lactic acid, Glycerin, Sodium Citrate, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose and Sodium Hydroxide.

As all deliveries require a signature. if you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to an Australia Post outlet for collection or to courier redistribution point.

If returned due to non collection, postage costs will not be eligible for refund and you may be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Due to health regulations, please choose carefully, as we do not refund unless product/s are faulty. All returns must be done within 7 days of receiving goods and must include an RFG # obtained from an Active Skin Staff member. Please contact us via your MyDeal account. Goods must be returned in original unopened packaging. If possible please provide a picture of damaged goods upon receiving.
