The Correct Using Method:

1. Place arm band on the measured arm (suitable for loosing one finger wide), and the nozzle is directed to the down arm.

2. Ensure that the lower edge of the arm band is more than 2-3 cm away from the elbow joint, and the nozzle is located on the inside of the arm.

3. Sit relaxedly for 5 minutes before measuring.

4. Elbow on the table, the palm upwards, and keep the body straight and relaxed.

5.Keep the center of the arm cuff at the same height with the heart or nipples.

6. please note there is no bending or discounts on the air pipe of the band.

7. It is not good to measure after meal, exercise, emotion and so on.
