We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

There was a delay with receiving this as Australia Post has it as too big to go regular post and waits until there is room on a truck for it to be delivered. BUT on the positive side this is a fantastic product. Easy as to put together. So much room inside for all the jewellery. The lock is great and the light on the mirror was a surprise and is a lovely touch. Highly recommend this product!
