Who doesn’t love fresh salty & moist feta in their salad, omelette or on a platter filled with antipasto delights? Teamed with a few shiny, plump Kalamata olives, some crudite and a drizzle of olive oil, just add a loaf of crusty ciabatta and hey presto! Lunch is served. This mould will hold a large batch of delicious feta cheese made from approximately 4-5 litres of milk so there will be plenty to enjoy swirled through warm pasta or rolled in lightly pickled cucumber strips.Made from finely perforated, food safe plastic, the basket will drain your cheese and allow it to breathe naturally as it develops.
