To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For returns due to change of mind, the cost of the freight to return the item shall be paid by the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping cost for a refund due to change of mind will be deducted from the original amount (Refund amount = Original purchase price less shipping cost).
