Customers are required to return goods unopened. We will cover the costs of return on damaged or faulty items but customers are responsible for covering the return costs on Change of mind.
We offer a 12-month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.
Change of Mind Policy.
If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 28 days of receiving it.
However, you will be responsible for the actual shipping costs of returning the product.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in "as new" condition, meaning it hasn't been opened or assembled in any way.

Truthfully was very concerned when i first opened the packaging, all the leaves were bolt upright and this thing looked nothing like the picture that had helped us decided on the Dracaena Lemon Lime, so much so i walked away muttering a few choice profanities. My wife on the other hand was more forgiving of the initial state of our purchase and set about bending/folding the leaves. A good hour later i returned and what stood before me was nothing short of an amazing transformation, from 2 feet away it was inconceivable this was a the same Faux Dracaena let alone not a real tree. Spend the time is spent on this chameleon (as my wife did) and you'll be shocked at how life like this tree is. 10/10
