At Value Village, we understand how important it is that you get your products on time.
We will do our best to post your orders within one business day once your payment has arrived. We will ship to the address provided on eBay, please ensure it is up to date and correct. All orders are registered and come with tracking number. If your order is returned to us, a reshipping fee of $20 will apply. We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by you.
Returns
By making a purchase from this store you agree to the following return policy.
In order to qualify for a return under this policy, all products must be in as new condition so that they are suitable for resale. This includes all accessories, manuals, and packaging. The item and accessories that come with it must also be returned in an undamaged state. Any item that has been wilfully or accidentally damaged while it has been in the customersâ possession will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
We offer 30 days return policy. If for any reason in the first 30 days after the transaction has been completed you are unhappy with the item you may return it for a refund or an exchange based on the below guidelines.
1. If the return is for a change of mind, unhappy with the item because it is the wrong size or not what you were expecting, but the description clearly stated what it was that you were receiving, or you have misused the item and clearly stated in the description that it must be used in a certain way or had compatibility requirement the buyer is responsible for return postage. In addition, a partial refund will be given according to the eBay partial refund guidelines.
2. If the item is faulty the cost of return postage will fall on Value Village. We can email you a return postage label for you to print out and use.
3. If an item arrives damaged you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of any damage. Anything beyond 7 days will not be accepted as a damaged item. We believe if an item is damaged in transit it is something that you should be able to identify on the day of receiving the item. After 7 days our courier companies will not accept any liability, therefore we will also do not accept any claims.
4. Unless the item is faulty or damaged you must return the item at your own cost. The item is your responsibility during transit. If it is lost or damaged during delivery we will accept no liability. Insurance and tracking will be your responsibility.
5. After receiving the returned product Value Village will initiate the refund, store credit or exchange as soon as possible.
Our return policy includes and does not seek to exclude or limit the rights that you have under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that can not be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we supply are in addition to any consumer warranties and guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
