The camera’s 180K-pixel RGB metering sensor and Advanced Scene Recognition system combine to ensure you’ll get the shot—even when the scene involves smaller or fast-moving subjects. For high-contrast scenes, the new highlight-weighted metering will prioritise the brightest elements in the frame, and help you avoid images with blown-out highlights.

Easily generate 4K/UHD and Full HD time-lapse movies in-camera. The exposure smoothing function will reduce unwanted flicker effects when shooting with an auto exposure mode such as aperture-priority.

SnapBridge connectivity also lets you use your smart device to shoot remotely.
