WARRANTY POLICY

Components
Each manufacturer has their own warranty policy. Best Deal 4 U Computers will manage any manufactures, return to base warranty claim on your behalf while the component is still covered under warranty. Please refer to the product listing for specific warranty terms and period.

System Build
All systems built by Best Deal 4 U Computers & IT come with a 1 year, return to base warranty. We warrant your system build against manufacturing defeats and in the event of a component failure, it would be replaced free of labour. Please note, this warranty excludes software and data. We use a range of components from different manufactures and each manufacturer has their own warranty policy, some of which may extend past our warranty. In the scenario that our warranty has expired, but a faulty component is still covered by its individual warranty, Best Deal 4 U will manage the return to base warranty claim on your behalf. Please note, this may incur labour charges.

Branded Laptops & Desktops
Best Deal 4 U will manage the return to base warranty claim on your behalf. Please note, this may incur labour charges for software and data repairs. It is recommended that customers back up their data prior to any warranty claims, as neither Best Deal 4 U nor the manufacturer will be liable for any data loss.

RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind, you may return (at your cost) most new, unopened items within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund, which will incur a 10-25% restocking fee. This fee is by negotiation and any special condition given to the customer must be observed such as bring back packaging &/or CDs/manuals. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect item).
