NOVA3D Whale2 8.9inch 4k HD mono screen large printing size

• Whale2 is our first consumer-grade large printing size LCD resin 3d printer with a build volume of 192*120*250 mm, you can print multiple tasks at the same time, and you can also print larger size models.

• This machine is equipped with a matrix light source engine with 40 lamp beads to provide uniform purple light and 4K mono display has an HD resolution of 3840*2400, 508 PPI, meaning the XY axis resolution is 50um or 0.05mm and the Z-axis Precision is 0.01mm. The details of the model can be clearly expressed.

• Whale 2 has low power consumption 75W, and low screen temperature below 56 degree. And its monochrome screen has 3 times longer useful life than colour screen, about 2000h, these factors will greatly save the customer's maintenance costs.

Designed for a more stable and durable performance

• The body of the whole machine is integral mould, main components are CNC processed and anodised, which made the appearance more textured.

• The Z-axis module adopts dual linear guides and ball sliders, which makes the entire printing process stable and the model size more accurate.

• The surface of the printing platform is sandblasted to even the rough surface of the platform, so that the adhesion of the platform is stronger, and the model is not easy to fall off during printing.

• NOVA3D adjusting-free technology will completely solve the adjusting troubles. It is adjusted at the factory, and the machine can start to print once received. There is no need to repeat adjusting afterwards.
