A. All beef bones in Nutra Organics beef bone broths are derived from Australian grass-fed cattle.
Q. Why is apple cider vinegar added?
A. Apple cider vinegar is great for naturally enhancing the extraction of collagen and other nutritious elements from the bone to ensure that Nutra Organics bone broth contains all the possible benefits.
Q. What type of collagen is in beef bone broth?
A. The collagen peptides in Nutra Organics Beef Bone Broth are derived from Types I and III collagen.
Q. Is it gluten-free?
A. Yes, Nutra Organics' ingredients do not contain any gluten.
Q. Is it vegan?
A. No. This is an animal-based product.

A. Nutra Organics audience asked, so Nutra Organics did it! Nutra Organics has always been known for its nutritious and delicious bone broth powders. Nutra Organics started with plain broth powders and quickly expanded Nutra Organics' range to 14 different flavour varieties of broths ranging from beef to chicken to vegetable. Since then, Nutra Organics powdered broths have become a staple in many households and become one of Nutra Organics best selling product ranges. Based on this success and the special request from Nutra Organics' loyal customers Nutra Organics has decided to create a Nutra Organics version of broth concentrates, that are nothing but real concentrated nutrition.
Q. Are there heavy metals in the beef bone broth?
A. Bone is known to act as a reservoir for essential metals and other minerals in the body, which is one of the reasons that bone broth is so nutritious. Having said that, because of this, there is also sometimes the concern that undesirable substances like heavy metals may be present too. Be assured, that all of Nutra Organics' raw ingredients are tested and must comply with strict food standards pertaining to heavy metal detection prior to being used in Nutra Organics' products.
Q. Which broth is better to take in the morning?
A. Nutra Organics have created the 3 different broth concentrate flavours: - Natural Beef, Native Herbs and Lemon Ginger ACV. All of them can be taken in the morning, however, if you are after a good kickstarter drink Nutra Organics would recommend you Nutra Organics' Lemon Ginger ACV as it contains the extra added benefits of cleansing ingredients that make this the perfect morning kickstarter.
Q. Which broth concentrate is better?
A. Nutra Organics 3 broth concentrates offer the same nutritional benefits. The only difference between them is the flavour profile. So, if you would like a more plain concentrate with a rich beef flavour, the Natural Beef is the way to go. If you would like a more aromatic taste, the Native Herbs will do the trick and for a more zesty and morning kickstarter the Lemon Ginger ACV is your pick!
Q. Which broth is better: powder or concentrate version?
A. This depends on your personal preferences and cooking uses.
Q. How do I store my products?
A. Nutra Organics concentrates are shelf stable, but once opened require refrigeration.
Q. Why is your product so thick?
A. The product is made up of concentrated beef broth which contains a high proportion of collagen proteins. The nature of these proteins is to bind water, meaning it creates a thick paste-like consistency. The colder it gets, the firmer the paste becomes. The Broth Concentrates will stick to the back of your spoon and require some stirring in hot water to dissolve.
Q. How long will it last?
A. After opening, Nutra Organics recommend you store Nutra Organics broth in the fridge and consume it within 4 weeks.
Q. Why do you have more protein than collagen-forming amino acids?
A. Nutra Organics broths naturally contain collagen-forming amino acids, which have been measured and displayed on Nutra Organics product labels. The overall protein content also takes into consideration the amino acids that are naturally present in beef bones in lower amounts.
Q. Why have you added Guava leave extract?
A. Nutra Organics always try Nutra Organics' best to find natural sources of vitamins and minerals to add to Nutra Organics products. In this case, Nutra Organics have added guava leaf extract, which offers a natural source of zinc, making Nutra Organics' product even more nutritious and supporting the immune system.
Q. What is Saltbush?
A. Nutra Organics like to support local farmers and use as many Australian ingredients as possible. Nutra Organics thought that Saltbush would be the perfect addition to Nutra Organics Native Herbs Concentrate due to its gently salty flavour profile with earthy undertones. Saltbush is commonly used in dishes such as pastries, bread, crackers and savoury condiments to add extra herbaceous flavours. Old Man Saltbush (also known as Atriplex Nummularia) is a fast-growing, edible shrub native to most arid parts of Australia. It grows all year round. Traditionally used as a food source by Indigenous Australians, the seeds and leaves of Saltbush are collected and ground for use in damper and flavour foods.
Q. Can I give your product to a 6-month-old child?
A. Nutra Organics does not recommend giving Nutra Organics broths (broth powdered and concentrates) to children under 12 months of age as the sodium content is not suitable for young children when the product is prepared according to Nutra Organics' serving suggestion. However, if you are using Nutra Organics broths as an ingredient in a recipe containing lower-sodium foods, it may be suitable. Nutra Organics would recommend following the advice of your healthcare professional when introducing any new foods into your young child’s diet.

Please note - Items designated as Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped via an express or air carrier delivery services, which may result in additional transit days for regional or remote areas.

Delivery Failures
In the event a consignment is returned to us because:
An incorrect address was provided by you
You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot where relevant
You were unavailable to sign for delivery
You refused the delivery
The courier could not access the property
You provided an Authority to Leave, but there was no clear safe location at the delivery point for the parcel to be left
A re-delivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and required to be paid prior to re-dispatch.
In the event of a delivery failure as described above, where you then request a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost already paid by The Beauty Domain to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.
WARRANTY POLICY
All electrical products come with an Australian/New Zealand compliant plug (AS/NZS 3112) and a minimum of 12 months warranty. Please see each product page for specific warranty information.
RETURNS POLICY
We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Before any returns will be accepted or processed, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product before sending anything back. This is necessary to ensure the correct procedure is followed so the process is as quick and easy as possible.
Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.

2. The item arrived damaged or missing something
3. The item is faulty
