Is it pregnancy & breastfeeding friendly?

Yes! In saying this, it is recommended to seek advice from your health care professional on taking these products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding as every pregnancy is different, taking a toll differently on each individual body in vitamin, mineral and energy levels. Research the product to ensure that you are not sensitive to any particular ingredients.

What makes Thriving Protein suitable for use in children and pregnant & breastfeeding women?

Thriving Protein contains no artificial ingredients, amino acids or synthetic vitamins & minerals. This means that not only are the nutrients easily recognised and absorbed by the body, but further as they are naturally occurring nutrients, which are the safest and most suitable way to provide a growing body with the nutrients they need and aren't associated with adverse reactions. 

Is Thriving Protein suitable as a post-workout supplement?

Although Thriving Protein can be taken post-exercise, it is not most suitable product for recovery. Clean Proteins provide a higher amount of protein per serve, are lower in carbohydrates and contain more complementary nutrients for exercise recovery. 

Is Thriving Protein suitable as a replacement for baby formula?

No. Thriving Protein is not suitable for consumption for children under the age of 12 months old and is not suitable for use in place of any formula product. Further, Thriving protein is also not a suitable replacement for follow-on formula and should only be utilised as a part of a healthy varied diet. For further advice on when might be the right time to incorporate Thriving Protein into the diet of your individual child, it would be best to talk to your primary health care physician. 

30 g of Thriving Protein seems like a big serve size, can I give my child less while still maintaining some of the benefits? 

Absolutely! For children under 3, a half serve might be more appropriate depending on your child's individual eating habits and needs. You will notice the nutrition panel for Thriving Protein is very comprehensive and provides a large portion of the RDI for many vitamins & minerals. Therefore a half serve will still provide a substantial portion of the RDI for these vital nutrients to help fulfil nutritional gaps. 

Is Thriving Protein good for non-breastfeeding adults too?

Yes! Thriving Protein can help fulfil nutritional gaps in any person's diet in a wholesome and delicious way due to being such a good source of protein, carbohydrates and fat. Thriving Protein can be an easy way to incorporate protein into your breakfast through a smoothie, porridge or breakfast muffins. 

Can I use Thriving Protein in baking or will all the nutrition get destroyed by heat?

You can definitely include Thriving Protein in any baking. Some water-soluble vitamins such as B vitamins and vitamin C are susceptible to heat, however, all of the vital minerals and macronutrients such as protein will be preserved, adding a good whack of nutrition to whatever baked good you add it into.

How many times a day can I take your Thriving Protein?

You can consume up to 2 serves of Thriving Protein per day (60 g). However, please make sure you are getting your protein intake from a variety of sources and remember that Thriving Protein is not a sole source of nutrition.

Where your item needs to be sent via courier, we will require your phone number. We cannot book courier deliveries without a valid daytime phone number for the recipient.

Please note - Items designated as Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped via an express or air carrier delivery services, which may result in additional transit days for regional or remote areas.

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display colours. Please keep in mind that the actual colour may view differently on your screen. If your order arrives and you are not satisfied with the colour, you can send it back using our returns policy - please note that we cannot accept returns for goods that have been opened.

Delivery Failures

In the event a consignment is returned to us because:

  • An incorrect address was provided by you

  • You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot where relevant

  • You were unavailable to sign for delivery

  • You refused the delivery

  • The courier could not access the property

  • You provided an Authority to Leave, but there was no clear safe location at the delivery point for the parcel to be left

A re-delivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and required to be paid prior to re-dispatch.

In the event of a delivery failure as described above, where you then request a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost already paid by The Beauty Domain to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.

WARRANTY POLICY

All electrical products come with an Australian/New Zealand compliant plug (AS/NZS 3112) and a minimum of 12 months warranty. Please see each product page for specific warranty information.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Before any returns will be accepted or processed, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product before sending anything back. This is necessary to ensure the correct procedure is followed so the process is as quick and easy as possible.

Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.

1. You changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else or decided you don't like the product

  • We offer a 30 day return policy in these situations. That means if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for a refund only of the original purchase price, excluding original delivery costs, and less a $10 administration and restocking fee which covers original packaging costs including labour.
  • All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories. Except for faulty products, items which have been opened will not be accepted for return. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of redelivery to do so.
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by you and are non-refundable.
  • Products sold as part of a promotion, products listed as non-returnable, and cosmetics, topical application or personal use products that have been opened but are not faulty are excluded from this change of mind return policy, and cannot be returned.

2. The item arrived damaged or missing something

  • All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.
  • All claims for damaged items must be made within a reasonable amount of time since receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.
  • Please take photographs of any damage and contact us via your myDeal account before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse.

3. The item is faulty

  • Should your product be faulty, please contact us promptly so we can guide you through the correct process for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer warranty. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and requirements, we will either repair or replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you).
  • To return a faulty product, you will need to pay for postage to return it to us in the first instance. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service. If we don't receive the product for any reason, we won't be able to assist you further. Please make sure you get a receipt and keep it handy. Once we have received the product, and confirmed it is faulty, we will reimburse you for what it cost you to return it to us, based on your receipt (or if you've lost the receipt, the face value of postage shown on the parcel if it's been returned via Australia Post). 
  • Where a returned product is found not to be faulty, a redelivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and required to be paid prior to sending it back to you. If we agree on a refund instead of redelivering a non-faulty product, we may deduct postage charges already paid by Hair & Beauty Co to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.
