Nutralife-Ocean Clean Triple Strength Omega 3 capsules has three times more essential fatty acids, EPA and DHA, than most standard fish oil brands. EPA and DHA are nutrients which play vital roles in brain and visual function and in maintaining heart health. These essential fatty acids may also be helpful in relieving pain and swelling from arthritis and in soothing dry skin due to eczema.

The fish oil used in each capsule is high quality and sourced from anchovies, mackerel and sardines harvested Eastern Atlantic and Eastern Pacific oceans. The fish are sustainably harvested and each product is mercury tested.

Provides Omega-3 triglycerides - fish 900mg
Equiv. EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) 540mg
Equiv. DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) 360mg

Recommended Dosage:

For joint health - take 3-4 capsules daily

For dry skin & eczema - take 4 capsules daily

To be taken daily with food and glass of cold water.
