DIRECTIONS
In a separate container, mix 1 part Omnivore Powder with an equal amount of water (hot or cold) and form a paste. The paste can then be rolled by hand into balls. Drop into the aquarium as needed or stick to the glass. Unused dough can be frozen or kept in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Live Fish & Invertebrates: Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Any order placed after 11:59 pm AEST Tuesday will be processed the following Monday, although we strive to expedite all orders promptly.
Dry Goods: We ship these items Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-5 days for processing and packing.
Live Plants: Plants will be packaged safely and delivered express. If express shipping has not be selected during check out then then plants will be sent as per the customers selection. We will always do our best to send try and send plants express, but please note the plants may get shaken up during transit.
For specific shipping day requests, kindly contact us beforehand, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preference.
For customers in metropolitan areas of Sydney, we offer same-day delivery through our courier for orders containing live fish.
Free Shipping: Orders that have free shipping will be filled within 5-10 days.
Northern Territory & Tasmania: Customers are required to hold either an S11 Permit (NT) or a Fish Dealer's License (TAS). For more details, visit our permits page.
Winter Shipments: To ensure our aquatic friends stay warm, we include a heat pack in the packaging during winter, at no additional cost to you.
Invertebrates: In accordance with WA biosecurity laws, we regret that invertebrates cannot be shipped to Western Australia.
Live Fish Shipping Costs: Live fish shipping starts at $25, accommodating up to 10 guppies per box. Final costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions.
Most orders arrive in a few days, but delivery can extend into the following week for some areas. Please note these are estimations and can be impacted by factors like courier delays or quarantine inspections (WA & TAS customers).
In the event that an item is not in stock, we will hold the order until the item is back in stock. This may take between 1-3 weeks.
We trust Australia Post, Toll Priority, Toll Air Express, GoPeople, and Startrack for their extensive networks and reliable service. You can select your preferred courier service during checkout. However, only Toll Priority can be used for shipping live fish to WA.
Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

Due to the nature of live plants, we understand that issues can arise during shipping or immediately upon arrival. Our policy for live plants is as follows:
Damaged on Arrival: If your live plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate.
Health Guarantee: We guarantee that our plants will arrive healthy and in good condition. However, we cannot be responsible for the condition of the plants after 24 hours of delivery, or if the wrong shipping option has been selected by the customers, as their care is out of our control.
We strongly recommend acclimating the plants to their new environment carefully and following our care instructions provided with each order. If you have any concerns upon arrival, please contact us immediately for assistance.
For non-perishable, dry goods, our refund and return policy is as follows:
Returns: Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on certain types of items, such as custom orders or products that are intimate or sanitary goods. If you have any questions about whether your item is returnable, please contact us.
How to Return an Item
Please contact our customer service department to initiate a return. Include your order number, contact information, and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the items back to us.
