• Large delivery item - a person fit and able must be at the nominated address to accept and sign for delivery and must also assist the driver to unload. The driver is not allowed to carry any items into customers' properties such as units business buildings or any other premises which are located in upper levels. Once items are removed from the vehicle it is the customer's responsibility to then move the item.
