This comparatively tiny, natural cassis liqueur is made from estate-grown Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants, which are only discovered in Burgundy, and are much narrower and much more deeply flavored. This incredible liqueur is made without preservatives or color combinations, with only a tiny sugar content dissolved straight into the alcoholic juice of blackcurrant berries at a low temp. The color of this amazing liqueur is dark with a purple undertone. Right on the nose Aromas of blackcurrant that are very strong and last a long time. The creme is very focused on the palate, so you can serve extremely small amounts without losing any flavors.
