We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I thought the price was too good to be true but thought I would give it a go anyway as others I have looked at were around the $400.00 mark. We have been using it now for a couple of weeks and completely satisfied. It heats our hallway beautifully and we haven't had to run it at capacity.
