Tollana Padthaway Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2017
Tollana – often referred to as ‘Australia’s best kept wine secret’, concentrates entirely on premium wines from selected vineyards.Eden Valley plays a key role in the sourcing of grapes for Tollana wines. Situated high in the Barossa Ranges, Eden Valley has been the basis for most blends, producing wines with intense flavour and distinct varietal fruit characters. More recently Adelaide Hills has come to the fore, delivering wines of finesse and tight structure. Blends of both regions produce a superb balance of fruit intensity and delicate structure – thus enabling the wines to age gracefully for many years.

Island Fern Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2018
Light straw with yellow and green hues. Citrus and tropical fruits backed by characteristic herbaceous notes for which Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is renowned. An exuberant wine brimming with juicy acidity and fruit sweetness, providing a balanced flavour profile. The finish is fresh, zesty, and lingering.

Grant Burge Benchmark Cabernet Shiraz 2018
The fruit for this wine is sourced from the premium wine regions in South Australia. 2018 was an excellent vintage for red wine, resulting from a warm, dry summer which provided the ideal conditions for growing and ripening the grapes. Picking at optimum maturity has resulted in wines which display lifted aromas of red berries, ripe flavour profiles, rounded flavoursome palates and soft fine tannins.

Billy Goat Hill Cabernet Merlot 2017
This is a classic and popular blend. The warm growing conditions combined with the gentle maceration of skins during alcoholic fermentation, gives this wine a profile featuring red berry fruit flavours of cassis and currants, finely balanced with delicate spice and toasty oak.

Vivid Crush Rose 2019

The Vivid Crush Rosé displays aroma’s of strawberry, cherry and raspberry. The palate is crisp, clean and vibrant with flavours of freshly cut strawberry, red cherry and citrus.

Peter Lehmann Art & Soul Shiraz Grenache 2015
Peter Lehmann Art and Soul Shiraz Grenache is a brilliant red wine displaying excellent balance and flavour. A deep, vibrant red colour leads to a bouquet of dark red fruits and a touch of background aniseed – this is a richly flavoured, fruit driven wine with great aromatics and a beautifully soft finish.
