* Made from 3-ply paper. Food-grade paper, glue and water-based inks

What do we recommend?

* While Castaway straws are among the most durable in the market, they will last longer if paired with a lid for optimum functionality

* Castaway paper straws are designed only for cold or chilled drinks. If used in hot beverages, they will disintegrate faster and decrease their longevity. It is not recommended that people drink hot beverages through a straw, due to the risk of burning your mouth.

Shipping is handled by Australia Post or a selected third party freight company

Over the Christmas period, our warehouse will be closed on weekends and public holidays. Please allow additional days for delivery.

Returns Policy:

Goods can be returned for change of mind within 30 days from delivery provided goods are in original and unused condition and include all original packaging and hardware

Return postage is at the cost of the buyer and buyer is responsible for sending back and assumes all risk.

Goods will be inspected upon return and a full refund for the price of the item will be refunded once approved.
