Shipping Details

  • Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery
  • No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers
  • A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are deliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.
  • Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

RETURNS POLICY

You have the right to return any item shipped by Obbomed within 14 days, as long as it meets the following conditions:

 
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • The returned items must be in new, unused condition unless the item is damaged or defective
  • The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached
  • The returned items must be in its original packaging, including all original packing materials, manuals and accessories

  • All shipment cost must be made prepaid

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item you received was damaged or defective, or if the item is not what you originally ordered, please contact us for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us. We’ll also refund the return shipping cost, because the return is a result of our error.

 
 

Refunds

If you request a refund, the purchase price (including delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets our returns conditions. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
