Pale with green hues. Fruit-driven with hints of green apple and wisteria. It tastes of apple and pear with fresh pithy lemon, gentle creaminess, complete with the very fine bubbles that we call bead .

Maschio's Prosecco is produced in the area of Treviso, north of Venice. The wine is clean, crisp and fruit-driven. A sure win around a good cheese plate at any party, or at any night of the week.

On the palate, there is lively orange with a green apple backbone. A vibrant fresh pomello with a smooth mousse and a zesty crisp finish. Fit with canapes or a mezze platter.

It has a straw colour with subtle green hues. A delicate nose displaying apple and pear characters. While this wine retains the freshness and vibrancy that Prosecco is known for, the fruit for this NV release was picked later to provide a softer, rounder palate full of crisp citrus notes.

Perlage that is crisp and delicate, with a pale light yellow color. Delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes of peach and green apple, with acacia and lilac as secondary notes. Fresh and light on the palate, with well-balanced acidity and body; harmonious, with a long, persistent aftertaste. It's ideal as an aperitif and goes well with hors d'oeuvres and delicate first courses. It's also great with sushi, fish, and shellfish.
