Vitamin A palmitate is also known as retinyl palmitate , and like retinol and other forms of vitamin A it��s found in many anti-ageing products. Vitamin A stimulates cell renewal and boosts collagen production reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

What is Vitamin A Palmitate

Vitamin A Palmitate is a nature-identical, synthetically-derived version of vitamin A. Our Vitamin A Palmitate is lab-created to exactly match the naturally-produced vitamin A. It is a yellow or yellow-brown viscous oily liquid, and can solidify at cooler room temperatures.

How to Use Retinyl Palmitate

Use up to 1% in anti ageing creams, lotions and serums DIY.

Oil soluble. Cannot be used in water only products.

It is not heat stable so must be used in below 40��C

0.5g of vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate)  per 100g cream/serum gives 8500IU/g

Experimenting with homemade retinol serum can sound intimidating and you may be sceptical, but if you like to know exactly what you��re putting on your skin, handmade retinol serum may be the best solution.

1. To start, pour 16g of Rose Otto Hydrosol into a bowl
2. Add 1g of Hydrolyzed Fish Collagen Powder and mix thoroughly until dissolved
   
3. Add 30g of Aloe Vera Gel and stir to combine
   
4. Add 0.6g of Natural Vitamin E Oil, along with 0.6g of Vitamin A Oil and 1.8g of Olive Oil peg-7 ESTERS Oil (Solubiliser)
   
5. Add 0.5g of 100% Natural Preservative
   

Add 4 drops of Rose 3% Essential Oil (Optional)Your homemade Retinol Serum is now ready to use. To finish it off, just use a dark coloured bottle to store your freshly made serum!
