Designed for road or mountain bikes without reserved pannier rack mounting holes but with quick release rear wheel. Compatible with Non disc brake and disc brake bikes. Compatible with almost all bikes including 26", 27.5", 29", 700c bikes. (NOT compatible with dual suspension bikes).
