This is a rectangle mounting base for the RAM "C" sized ball system (1.5"). The rectangular plate has a 4-hole pattern of 1.5" x 2.5" (3.81cm x 6.35cm) center to center and the overall plate dimensions are 2" x 3" (5.08cm x 7.62cm).
