Ynde’s 14 days return policy covers all non-commercial purchases made through the Ynde website. The 14 days return period will commence from the date you receive the goods. If a refund is requested in writing within this 14 day period and is applicable to the order, Ynde will refund the purchase price of the goods and your account should be credited within 10 working days of the goods arriving back to us in the original condition they were received. Your refund will not include return delivery charges from shipping charges. Goods must also be returned in their original packaging.
