Quiet and can be moved anywhere in the house. Screen is basic and run off batteries. Good piece of exercise equipment if you’re wanting to get into shape. Supports your back and can be used by any age/skill level. A little tricky to put together in one step but I used YouTube with no problems.

We love our new recumbent bike. It’s strong and efficient, and the info it provides as you rev up the k’s is very comprehensive. It also looks great - sleek and modern. Great price too - a fraction of what some other firms charge. Allied Transport also did a great job delivering it in the middle of some flash flooding. Very impressed with them!

Installation straight forward you do need a second pair of hands at a couple of points,the bike itself is comfortable to use and all round very good value for money. Now instead of paying $700.00 a year for Gym membership i train at home on my rowing machine and bike purchased for $750.00
