The machine is built with Heavy Duty Magnetic Flywheel giving you a smooth and consistant resistance level. It also tends to be more durable and longer-lasting compared to mechanical resistance. The manual magnetic tension is adjustable via a knob between 1-8 levels. It also uses extra-strong 3-piece cranks for the drive train.

The seat is designed for comfort with adjustable seat length so you can find a position to best suit you. Heart rate sensors are built right into the hand rests.
